They split things into recommended and required services, which makes it easy to make decisions, and take detailed photos of everything so you can see and understand.

Excellent AC Restoration
All Airs Home Services did an excellent job done in restoring AC in my home. Both Max West and Alex Bustos worked on the AC in the attic that controls the thermostat for the upstairs bedrooms. It was a nasty job since the lines were clogged with debris, water leakage, replaced a board, etc. to get it up and running. Daniel Canales and Jose Zavala installed a new AC unit needed for the main floor. Chris Coleman handled the financial part of the paperwork that needed to be processed. Both AC units are now running flawlessly and am an extremely happy homeowner! A great team of guys that were all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and tidied everything up before leaving. I highly recommend All Airs Home Services for all of your AC needs.

Chris Coleman priced both Mitsubishi and Carrier/Bryant 18k BTU mini-split systems for me. I settled on the Mitsubishi system because of the 12-year warranty and manufacturing in Japan. It did cost a good bit more. Fast forward to installation day... the crew arrived at the agreed 9 AM and finished by 3 PM. This thing is QUIET! It is installed in a detached garage and keeps both temperature and humidity in check. I highly recommend the company, Chris Coleman, and Mitsubishi.

A/C Fixed by 10:00 PM!
A/C went out late in the evening. I thought I would have to wait but decided to do a Google search. The lady who answered was professional and assured me someone would call soon. A young man named Clayton did and came within an hour around 9:30 pm! He identified the problem quickly and we had air by 10:00! They do charge a premium for after hours and I was prepared for that but overall the whole service call was reasonable considering the time of night. I'm so thankful for how they responded and how knowledgeable Clayton was. I highly recommend!

Great service! I'd heard the horror stories about places that spend hours on elaborate, headache-inducing sales pitches, but Controlled Climate Services was NOT that at all. I filled out their form online, and they got back to me quickly and were ready to send someone that same day! Hayden, the technician, easily assessed the problem, was super patient and professional answering questions, and fixed it on the spot. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Controlled Climate is honest!
My mom's condo lost AC last Friday and I made an appointment with Controlled Climate. I also called Cool Ray for emergency service that came on Saturday. Cool Ray said the blower and fan need replacing and it was going to be around $4,000 or a new unit would be $13,000. Controlled Climate came Monday morning and said there is a bad relay switch. HUGE difference! Controlled Climate is honest and trustworthy!
