The technician, Daniel C., was exceptionally thorough—far more so than other companies I’ve used in the past. For several decades, my wife and I used our good friend, Lamar Pendley, to service our heating and air conditioning needs. I was concerned that with the acquisition of his family-owned company by a larger corporation, the personal touch would be lost. It is obvious that I was wrong! We have used the new company twice and in both instances, we were very satisfied with the professionalism of the technicians.
In each instance, an appointment was made. They called or texted to make sure we were home and they came and did the job as quickly as they could. Unbeknownst to us, the second visit was under warranty and did not cost us any money. We assumed that a service charge would be applied; there was no service charge. I give the company my permission to use our name as a testimonial to their professionalism.

It was Sunday morning at 11:00 when we discovered the HVAC system had stopped working while we were at church. I called AllAirs to be informed that only two (2) service techs were working and they had 9 calls in front of me but would let me know if they could provide emergency service that day. After only 15 minutes, the company called and advised they were calling in additional service techs and would be here within the next two hours. An hour and a half later, Alex Dickerson called and advised he was on his way. When Alex arrived, he immediately recognized the problem and proceeded to do the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, he continued to inspect the complete system and perform a complete system check to ensure no other issues were found. His knowledge and professionalism were of the highest standard and we appreciate his quick response! Thank you again, Alex, for a job well done!!

Dude is only 19 and knows his stuff. I have had 50-60 year old men from Anderson in Calhoun that spent hours and hours working on my air and calling Trane and coming back week after week that had the unit down for over four months supposedly waiting on compressor from Mexico, they said. Down four months even though they wouldn’t warranty it because it expired by 11 days. This guy knew what he was doing and fixed it in no time. Thanks, Jesse.
